Sara Hurd, LMT/ Owner

My main goals are to help people relax, prevent or recover from injury, and relieve pain inorder to feel great and stay active!  I am a very motivated person, I have always been an athlete, involved in sports and outdoor activities, and I love working with people. 

I am a graduate of  Arizona School of Massage Therapy with well over 815 hours of accredited training.  Excelling in Sports Massage, Injury Massage, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Structural, Russian Sports Massage, Swedish Massage and Hydro Therapy.  I also have a B.S. Degree in Health/ Wellness from Central Missouri State University. 

I have gained knowledge and experience while working as a massage therapist in fitness centers and chiropractic offices.  I also have previous experience working with college athletes, marathon runners, tri-athletes, and cardiac rehab patients through internships and my work with the American Heart Association.
